Office Space for Rent

I'm looking for someone to move into my office suite this September! Kristin is going on an extended maternity leave for at least the next year and turning over the lease to me. I’ll be moving into her talk therapy room and opening up the other rooms to lease to someone with a quiet need.

So you will sublease for your own treatment room! You'll have a choice between my 11'x11' or the 10'x12' former play therapy room.

The details are as follows:

• $400/month

• September 1st move-in

• 6 month minimum commitment

• private room within shared suite with existing massage therapy practice

  • quiet neighbors

  • kitchenette

• perfect for bodyworkers, mental health therapists, or other quiet professionals

It might be every healer’s dream to have a collaborative space where integrated health professionals are working together, cross referring clients and seeing them get the holistic healing they need. It is certainly one of mine - my imagined therapy house is a big Victorian with a beautiful garden and wooded backdrop, a library and tea room where clients can decompress before they head back to their lives. I would provide massage for someone before or after their talk therapy appointment and then we’d send them over to the esthetician for a full body scrub. They’d see the acupuncturist to get their chi flowing and then the herbalist would set them up with a fresh cup of tea and herbs to take home to continue the treatment. There aren’t enough rooms in this suite to fulfill the grand vision, but it is a cozy place for a start. Especially since this space has been a healing space for Kristin and then for myself over the last three years - we’ve both wept here and healed here ourselves - it will be lovely to honor that purpose with fresh work.
